With degrees in psychology and leadership, and more than 20 years of executive nonprofit experience, my work combines grounded, trauma-informed transformation with advanced training in Feng Shui, energetic practices, and intuitive modalities.
I’ve lived both the limitation and the expansion.
Professional and educational experience alone do not shape my approach. Experiences ranging from childhood trauma to young parenthood deeply inform this work- in fact, I was noticing the energy of spaces and designing my sagebrush forts since childhood.
Together, these approaches reveal the deeper patterns and unseen dynamics shaping how we think, create, and move through the world.
