With a background in psychology and leadership, and over 20 years of executive nonprofit experience, I bring a grounded, trauma-informed approach to transformation- paired with advanced training in Feng Shui and intuitive modalities that reveal patterns others often miss.

The result is a space- and a way of moving forward- that feels aligned, clear, and sustainable.

My approach is not about adding more, but aligning what already exists so it works with you, not against you.

Outside of my work, you’ll often find me planning road trips that blend nature, design, and culture- moving between national parks, small towns, and vibrant city spaces. I share life with my partner and two small but spirited dogs, and I adore my adult daughter.
