One on One Appointments for Readings and Consultations:

Appointments for Akashic Guidance must be canceled 7 days in advance to receive a refund. Appointments can be rescheduled more than 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling is not available for cancelations that are less than 24 hours in advance and payment is forfeited.

Feng Shui Consultations: Refunds are not available after your items are turned in and I begin working on your assessments for your consultation. Appointments must be rescheduled more than 24 hours in advance or risk forfeiting payment.

Online and Digital Events and Materials: Due to the nature of these products they cannot be refunded. Recordings are available if you cannot attend live.

Subscriptions: Subscriptions can be canceled at anytime. I will fulfill the remainder of your remaining service term, but you will not be renewed to begin the next service term. Due to the nature of packaged subscription services it is not possible to refund unused portions so we will finish the remainer of the agreed upon time.

Contracted Speaking: Terms to be agreed upon during contract finalization.

Ticketed In Person Events: Will have a unique cancelation and refund policy available during purchase.
