I Know Who I Am- and it is not what you told me!

I internalized the words and actions directed at me as being connected to my worth and sense of self. In reality the words and actions were representative of their pain and trauma, their own need areas and not mine.

I allowed your pain to become my attacker, I allowed your judgement to equal my worth. From this place I created a life that mirrored back my inferior feelings of self.

Your judgements exposed the areas in myself to heal, bolster and protect. How could the trauma, anger and unresolved angst of another be able to cause myself to be unwell? How could it shake the foundation of faith, trust, worthiness in my purpose and connection to all there is. That is where the potential lies, and that is where infinite possibilities stream from.

I connect myself back to all there is. I trust in the flow and nature of all that is. I see and feel clearly in the beauty, in the love, in the joy that were present all along.
